I am originally from North Carolina and moved to Nashville, TN in 1986 to attend Belmont University. I have worked primarily in the music business, but am currently working in the insurance industry.

I am an avid student of the relationship between food, and physical and mental health. Currently residing in Nashville, I’m married to my beautiful and talented wife, Danielle. We are parents to Aaron (daughter-in-law, Madison), Chris, Anna Rose and Elise.
